On April 29, 2022, representatives of the International Financial Corporation (IFC) and the International Labor Organization (ILO) visited the Global Textile company in Tashkent.
During the meeting the founder of the Global Textile group, Mr. Muzaffar Razakov, presented principles of operation of all enterprises of the groupinternational audits passed and certificates received, innovations and latest technologies, new capacities and plans for the future. IFC Senior Investment Officer, Ms. Natalia Donde, explained the purpose of the meeting and noted that this was an appraisal visit. In the near future, they intend to visit Uzbekistan once again for a more detailed study of the market, as well as the Global Textile cluster system in the Fergana region. The ILO representatives observed the production process at the spinning mill, got acquainted with the mill employees and talked with the workers. The guests were impressed by achievements of the company and expressed their interest in further cooperation.
