At Global Textile we pay special attention to women: we create decent working conditions, encourage their initiatives, assist in self-realization. Today they work alongside men in factories and actively participate in the life of our company.
All these measures should be systematic. For this purpose, the company created a separate division. Within this framework, an integrated program on women support was developed including the psychological and medical assistance to them.
