At the introductory training the participants got acquainted with the farming policy for better cotton cultivation - an effective and rational system for growing it, ensuring decent working conditions and caring for the environment.
BCI workshops will improve the skills of the farm staff. Yet, it is an important step towards improving the cotton quality from Fergana Global Textile fields.
